Bill and Cathy McArthur Summer/Fall 2004: 1

   This is our first report of the time period between our winter trip (see http://www.computingdoc.com/OnRoad2004/index.php) and the holiday season commencing with Thanksgiving. We are based in our home in Cape May Beach during these months of the year and, for the most part, don't want to be anywhere else. We had some plumbing issues again this year and about two weeks went by before we got into our normal domestic routine. Bill bought a waterproof digital camera to replace the SONY Cybershot (stay away from SONY products folks) and began to use it with regularity. Cathy returned to her job at Atlantic Books in Cape May.

   Soon after we returned, we visited Alex, Phil, Erin, and Bridget in Glen Mills, PA. Tom and Katie joined us there for a much welcomed reunion. Bridget had changed the most over our four month absence of course. We were amazed by her blond hair and ability to run around.

   In the middle of May, we had a visit from Katie and Tom, Tom's sister Jenn, and Jenn's fiance, Al. Jenn and Al are from Iowa and Al hadn't seen the ocean before the visit. The weather cooperated and we were able to give Al a good introduction to the Jersey Shore.
