Bill and Cathy McArthur Summer/Fall 2004: 13

On October 28th, we had the opportunity to view a total lunar eclipse in a very clear night sky. November 4th was Cathy's birthday. We celebrated this rainy day by shopping at the Hamilton Mall, eating lunch at the Crab Trap in Somers Point, viewing Vanity Fair almost alone in a stadium seat equipped theater at the Shore Mall, and eating dinner at Marie Nicoles in Wildwood Crest. When we arrived home, we found a huge package from Bill and Stacey via 1800flowers.com. Inside the box were a Waterford Crystal vase and beautiful lilies. The celebration continued as we traveled to Alex and Phil's to commemorate Alex's coming birthday as well. Katie and Tom joined the party of six adults for dinner at the Chadds Ford Inn, while Erin and Bridget enjoyed their new babysitter, Michelle. For three nights after we returned, we had the opportunity to view some dramatic Northern Lights. Bill had a few chances to fish for Striped Bass, but had no action other than one lost at the boat. It was a very windy early half of November with a couple of nights of freezing temperatures.
