Bill and Cathy McArthur Summer/Fall 2004: 2

   Our friends Don and Bern Ernakovich took the ferry over from Delaware for a visit just before Memorial Day Weekend. We spent a nice Jersey Shore day including lunch on the Lobster House dock. The big holiday weekend started with nice weather and finished up with lots of rain. The Lower Township Park and Recreation Department's Horseshoe Crab Festival was lucky to enjoy good weather on Saturday.

   Early June brought the McArthur family reunion at the Pink Angel in Cape May and our house as the two centers of action. The weather was excellent for most of the week. We took advantage of some rainy weather by playing poker. The little girls (Elizabeth, Jane, Erin, and Bridget) had a great time on the beach, closely observed by baby Jillian who picked up lots of pointers for next summer.
