Bill and Cathy McArthur Summer/Fall 2004: 9

   Our daughter Alex, her husband Phil, and our granddaughters Erin and "Hurricane" Bridget came to visit for a long weekend during the dog days of August. We had good weather for the most part and managed to put in some quality beach time here on the Bay and on the Lighthouse Beach at Cape May Point. Cathy made her famous marinade for swordfish kabobs which Bill grilled to perfection on Saturday night. On Sunday, we packed our shoe boxes with food and had a picnic on the beach. On Monday evening we all spent some time on the Wildwood Boardwalk. The kids enjoyed the rides and Bill, Erin, and Phil enjoyed the "Wack an Iraq" game. Between activities, we watched the Olympics on TV and Bill kept everyone up-to-date by using the official Olympics website.
