HISTORY: Renal calculus.

A renal scan was performed following 12.49 mCi of technetium-99m MAG3.

Split renal function is 63% on the left and 37% on the right. The renograms are difficult to interpret, as there is
a significant dilatation of the collecting system on the left resulting in significantly increasing radioisotopic activity. The curve on the right while somewhat blunted, is unremarkable.
 

Impression

Split renal function with left 63% and right 37% of function. There is a massively dilated left renal pelvis.
